Petite Posy began with a simple belief: flowers have a way of making people feel something profound.
We believe the best floral design considers the experience as a whole: how a guest feels when they enter a space, or how a tablescape draws people together.
Our approach is all about the details: beautiful flowers, thoughtful color, unexpected texture, and arrangements that feel naturally gathered rather than overly designed. We're drawn to flowers with movement and character, and to the small imperfections that make them feel alive.
Because flowers don't have to simply decorate a space. They can infuse it with feeling.

BEHIND THE FLOWERS
I'm Mary, the founder and floral designer behind Petite Posy.
I've always been drawn to both flowers and people - to the way flowers can transform a space, shift the energy of a gathering, and make a moment feel extraordinary.
My background in design and illustration informs the way I approach floral work, with a particular love of color, interesting textures, scale and the natural movement of seasonal blooms. At every opportunity, I source from local Bay Area growers, allowing the season to influence each design and incorporate flowers at the peak of their bloom.
For me, the most rewarding part of this work is creating something that feels completely at home in its setting, and most importantly, completely personal to the people gathering there.
